1 Refund Qualification

A refund may be considered if all of the following criteria are satisfied:

  • The software fails to launch on your system despite following all provided instructions
  • Our support team has been unable to resolve the technical issue within a reasonable timeframe
  • You have actively participated in troubleshooting efforts with our support team
  • This includes addressing conflicts with third-party software or following remedial guidance
  • The refund request is submitted within 3 days of the original purchase date

2 Ineligible Situations

Refunds cannot be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The software has launched successfully and operates as advertised
  • The purchase was made in error or the buyer has experienced a change of mind
  • Your system does not meet the minimum requirements specified in our documentation
  • You decline to follow the troubleshooting procedures recommended by our support team
  • More than 3 days have elapsed since the purchase date

3 How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, contact our support team via our ticket system within 3 days of purchase. Your request should include:

  • Your transaction or order reference number
  • A comprehensive description of the technical issue you're encountering
  • Documentation of any troubleshooting steps you've already attempted
  • System specifications and relevant error messages (if applicable)

Note: Refund requests submitted after the 3-day window or without adequate information may be declined.

4 Refund Processing

Once your refund request has been approved:

  • Processing will be completed within 14 business days
  • Funds will be returned using the original payment method
  • You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account

Before requesting a refund, please keep in mind:

  • We strongly encourage working with our support team to resolve any issues first
